Hello, my name is Nathan Piazza and I'm a high school student, painter, photographer and a cinematographer. I love (quite literally) computers and technology. I intend to showcase all of my projects on this blog.
As a painter
I have painted for many, many years. Most of it was just basic acrylics. A few years ago though, I was shown a few episodes from The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross. From then on I switched over to his wet on wet approach to oils. Bob Ross is the biggest inspiration I have to continue painting. If it weren't for seeing him and his techniques I probably would've given up a few years back. Since using his techniques every painting I complete amazes me. I sadly don't have the time to paint all that much. Regardless, every new painting I complete will end up on this blog!As a photographer
Like many 'photographers' I simply bought a nice camera. By no means am I a professional. However, I don't use it to showcase my abilities. I use it to showcase nature's beauty. Like my paintings, I rarely photograph much else other than nature. I tend to specifically photograph landscapes. Of course, anything I find to be stunning or significant I will take a picture of so expect to see more than just landscapes.
As a cinematographer
I have always loved movies. How simple footage can change the overall emotion of something, especially when combined with the right music. I'm planning of coming out with a few short films soon. For now, I've been working with a good buddy of mine creating some videos to go with his music.
